Zephu End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement before using Zephu. Select Agree in the app to accept it. If you select Decline, you will return to the entry screen without accessing the archive.

1. Your license

Zephu is licensed to you by its application provider identified on its App Store listing. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs that license, including its permitted use, termination, warranty and liability provisions. This page adds the following Zephu-specific usage terms; it does not replace mandatory consumer rights or Apple's applicable terms.

2. Your earring archive

You may use Zephu to organize earring photographs and details, plan outfits, record wear and keep voice notes. Upload or record only material you are entitled to use. Do not use the app for illegal activity, harassment, infringement or attempts to disrupt its operation.

3. AI comparisons

AI comparisons require a separate, explicit sharing choice. If you agree to that choice, selected photos and archive details, including purchase source and price, are sent to OpenRouter and its model provider. Voice notes are not sent. AI output may be inaccurate and is not an appraisal or a guarantee of authenticity, material, value or condition. Independently verify important decisions.

4. Purchases

Optional coin purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. Review the price shown by the App Store before confirming. Coins are in-app consumables with no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law. Local records may be lost if you remove the app or erase its data.

5. Permissions and local records

Camera, photo and microphone access are requested for the corresponding features. You may decline a permission; the feature that needs it will be unavailable. Voice notes and wear journals are stored on your device. Accepting this license does not grant microphone access, authorize tracking or consent to AI data sharing.

6. Privacy and other terms

See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for additional information. If license terms conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls the license; mandatory local rights always remain applicable.

7. Ending use and updates

You may stop using Zephu at any time. A materially revised version of this agreement will require acceptance again in the app. Declining does not automatically delete your existing local records.
